The system shall be such that it provides watertight roof to roof / roof to corner joint cover expansion control system that is capable of accommdating multidirectional seismic movement without stress to its components. System shall consist of metal profile that incorporates a universal aluminium base member designed to accommodate various project conditions and roof tratements. The cover plate shall be designed of width and thickness required to satisfy movement and loading requirements and secured to base members by utilizing manufacture's pre- engineered self- centering arrangement that freely rotates / moves in all directions.
