Work at Arched

We do engineering work for contractors, from tender to site: bid support, estimates and quantities, design checks and drawings, and contract management. AI does the production work, and our engineers review, correct and sign it off. We're hiring people to build and run that.

What the work is like

Roads, bridges and buildings all start as estimates, drawings and calculations. Most firms still handle more of that work by hiring more engineers.

At Arched, AI engineers and estimators work together on live tenders. When an estimator corrects something, it becomes a check the system runs on the next job. The team is small and we ship often.

Pay is competitive and you can work remotely. You would be joining early, while the company is still taking shape.

    AI Engineer

    Build the production system that reads drawings and tender documents, takes off quantities, builds rates and flags what needs an engineer.
