WHAT IT CAN INCLUDE

01

Quantity take-offs and BOQs

Quantities measured from your drawings to the method of measurement your project uses, such as IS 1200, POMI, RICS NRM or CESMM4, and set out in the format your tender asks for.

02

Rate analysis

Rate build-ups from materials, labour and machinery against your rate basis, such as the CPWD DSR or a state schedule of rates.

03

Detailed estimates

Quantities and rates brought together, with the assumptions and exclusions written down so you can see what the number includes.

04

Bar bending schedules

Bar shapes, diameters, numbers and lengths scheduled from the reinforcement drawings, and updated when the drawings are revised.

QUESTIONS04

Questions about estimating and quantities

Send a project

Drawings, the specification and the rate basis your project uses, plus your deadline.

The ones your project specifies: for example IS 1200 and the CPWD DSR in India, POMI in the Gulf, or RICS NRM and CESMM4 elsewhere.

Tell us the deadline when you send the documents. We'll confirm whether we can meet it, and the fixed fee, within one working day.

No. Estimates come with their assumptions, rates and exclusions written down. We do not guarantee a winning bid or final construction cost.
