Our mission
The knowledge should be usable.
A firm's most valuable asset is its body of work: every project delivered, every certificate earned, every person who did it. It is also its least usable. That knowledge is scattered across a thousand documents and a handful of people's memory, and it goes cold the moment someone leaves.
Arched was built to change that. It reads a firm's record for what it actually is, then keeps the facts, structured and connected, in a record that understands itself. We call it Vault.
Once the record understands itself, the whole firm can draw on it. Questions get answered off everything the firm has ever done, decisions are made with the full picture, and the knowledge that used to live in a few people's heads becomes something the firm can rely on.
The founders
Why we built Arched.
Every firm we sat with had the same person. The one who had been there twenty years and could tell you, off the top of their head, which project to point to, who ran it, and where the drawings ended up. Brilliant, overworked, and one resignation away from taking half the firm's memory out the door with them.
That is the quiet truth of this work. A firm's real advantage lives in a few people's heads and a back room of files no one has opened in years. The projects were extraordinary. Getting at what they knew was a phone call and a bit of luck.
We built Arched because that knowledge deserves better than memory. We wanted a firm to use everything it has ever done, the way its sharpest person would, without needing that person in the room. If you live this every day, we would love to show you what it sees in your work.
