Under the CPWD Delhi Analysis of Rates 2023 (Civil), item 2.21.1 — Open timbering in case of shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes and the like including strutting and shoring complete (Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered): Depth not exceeding 1.5 m — is derived from 6 priced inputs for 10 manholes and works out to ₹66.40 per manholes after water charges, GST, CPOH and cess.
